Manage Account

In the Manage Account section, you can do the following: 

• You can edit your name
• You can check your registered email address
• You can change your member area password

To manage your account, follow these steps:

• Log in to your Member Area account with your email and password.



• Click on Manage Account

Subscription

In the Subscription section, you can do the following: 

• You can see your product’s status.
• You can check your product pricing
• You can see the next due date of your subscription
• Cancel your subscription

Here is how to access the subscription section:

• Log in to your Member Area account with your email and password.



• Click on Subscriptions



• Click on Active subscription. From here you can cancel your subscription too.

Download BitStream VPN

You candownloadthe BitStream VPN application to your respective device in the Download section by following these steps:

• Log in to your Member Area account with your email and password.



• Click on Download

Support Center

In the Support Centersection, you can create Support Tickets by following these steps:

• Log in to your Member Area account with your email and password.



• Click Support Center. And Click on Create new ticket.



• Enter the following information and mention your query then click on Submit.



• Your ticket has been successfully created. Our Support team will get back to you via email within 60 mins.

Invoices

To check your payment history, follow these steps:

• Log in to your Member Area account with your email and password.



• Click on Invoices.



• You can see the following data in this section:
1. Payment History
2. Invoice Status
3. Next Invoice Due Date
